Terms of Use
Last updated: 8 September 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Shrewsbury Rubbish Removal website at https://shrewsburyrubbishremoval.com/ and the enquiry services offered through it. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who we are
Shrewsbury Rubbish Removal is a service-area business operating in Shrewsbury and Shropshire, United Kingdom. In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Shrewsbury Rubbish Removal. "You" means the person using this website or contacting us.
This website is a local enquiry service for rubbish removal and waste clearance. When you call or submit a quote request, we respond to your enquiry and may connect you with a licensed trade partner who quotes and carries out the physical clearance work. The trade partner performs the job; we operate the website, enquiry line, and call handling described on the site.
Using this website
- You must be at least 18 years old to request a quote or book a clearance through this site.
- Information you provide (by phone, form, or email) must be accurate to the best of your knowledge so we can quote and arrange the job correctly.
- You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false or abusive enquiries.
- Content on this website (text, images, layout) is for general information. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice.
Quotes, pricing, and bookings
- Quotes are based on the description you give (or photos you send). If the job on site differs materially from what was described, the agreed price may need to be revised before work starts.
- As stated on the site, a fixed price is agreed before loading wherever possible. Payment terms are confirmed when the job is booked.
- Same-day and urgent slots are offered subject to availability. Calling before noon improves the chance of a same-day visit but does not guarantee one.
- A confirmed arrival window may be agreed when the job is booked. Delays caused by traffic, access problems, or earlier jobs running over are handled in good faith; we or our partner will contact you if plans change materially.
- You are responsible for ensuring someone with authority is present at the property, that access is safe, and that items to be removed are clearly identified.
Clearance work and waste
- Physical clearance, loading, and transport are carried out by our licensed trade partner, who holds an Environment Agency waste carrier registration as described on our About page.
- We do not remove asbestos, clinical waste, unidentified chemicals, or other specialist-licensed hazardous materials. These are out of scope and require a licensed specialist. Do not ask us or our partner to handle them.
- You confirm you have the right to dispose of the waste presented (for example, you own the property or have the landlord's authority for void clearances).
- Waste is taken to registered disposal and recycling facilities. Usable items may be donated or recycled where practical, as described on the site.
Calls and recordings
Calls to the number on this website may be recorded for training and quality, as explained in our Privacy Policy. By continuing a call after the recording notice, you consent to that recording in line with the privacy policy.
Website accuracy
We aim to keep information on this website accurate and up to date, including service descriptions, areas covered, and typical pricing guidance. We do not warrant that every page is error-free or that services will be available in every circumstance. Prices on the site are indicative unless confirmed in a quote for your specific job.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We provide this website and enquiry service on an "as is" basis. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including lost profit or missed deadlines) arising from use of the website or from clearance work, except where such loss cannot be limited by law.
- Claims relating to damage to property during clearance, injury on site, or the quality of physical work should be raised promptly with us so we can address them with the trade partner who carried out the job.
Third-party links and services
This website may link to third-party sites or use third-party providers (for example hosting, forms, and telephony) as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.
Intellectual property
The Shrewsbury Rubbish Removal name, website content, and branding are owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy, scrape, or republish substantial parts of this site for commercial use without our written consent.
Privacy and cookies
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, including how we handle form submissions, calls, and optional analytics cookies.
Changes to these terms
